At Njaya we have a full restaurant ably run by the wonderful Dixon the Waiter his brother James the Head chef both of whom have been with us for 20 years.  It's is open from 7.00am until late.  All our dishes are freshly prepared and made from local organic ingredients according to the season. 

 

Wednesdays & Saturdays - Barbecue Night

Choose from, Whole Butterfish, , Fillet of Kampango, Vegetarian kebab, Fillet Steak, Honey and Garlic 1/4 chicken or Beef Burger with  salad buffet: potato salad, bean vinaigrette, rice salad, green salad, coleslaw, garlic bread, mango salsa, saté sauce 

 

Sunday - English Roast Dinner Served with all the trimmings: Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding,seasonal vegetables, bread sauce, gravy & stuffing either  Roast Chicken, Fillet of Kampango, Roast fillet of beef, Whole Butterfish or Vegetarian nut roast
